Release of OS8.7.28 (aka 2013.1 Update 7.28)

This is to announce the release of OS8.7.28 (aka 2013.1 Update 7.28).

This OS 7 Micro Release contains the following fixes:

25892045 - Add support for new SSD BearCove Plus

28592520 - Incorrect topo representation of connector mated status on split DE3 chassis

28868918 - Support collection of disklogs on bearcove plus drives

28868933 - Support collection of disklogs on Skybolt drives

28871547 - Add BearCove Plus SSD firmware x902

28999185 - libscsi/libdiskstatus/format do not support 'key' descriptor sense correctly
