Database Express 12c is not working by the web

Hi Export,

Good day !

I have problem when trying  to access OEM 12c by the web, ( https://ip-address:5500/em )

if  check the XMLDB HTTP port. the value was already set to port  5500 but still not access by the web

SQL> SELECT dbms_xdb_config.gethttpsport FROM dual;

GETHTTPSPORT

------------

        5500

Could you help and giving the solution for this case ?
