11.2.0.4 Jan '19 CPU patches 'not found'

Hi

When I try to download the recently released "Combo OJVM PSU 11.2.0.4.190115 and Database SPU 11.2.0.4.190115 Patch 28980145 for UNIX" patch, I get a

"Details for Patch 28980145 not found."

error message.

In fact, this happens for all the 11.2.0.4 Combo/OJVM security patches detailed in the "Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - January 2019" release bar the database patch itself (Database PSU 11.2.0.4.190115 Patch 28729262 for UNIX), that I can download.

Am I missing something or are they not available yet?
