XML Publisher (BI) EXCEL Output Ending in Warning :- details as below

i have ebs 12.1.3  , i design RDF report then generated xml file

i installed BI 12c  on windows 2007 and office 365

i exported the xml to BI and created RTF file

when i run the report , it ends with warning and i get the data as xml

i reviewed the post processor concurrent manager , it says

" Output file was found but is zero sized - Deleted"
