Different level of accrual on an Offer

Hello Dear Community,

We are planing to implement Oracle Trade Management and I have a concern regarding a business requirement.

My question:

Is it possible to create an offer with different level of accrual?

We are working with different Buying group having different hierarchy.

Parent: Customer A

Child: Customer B, Customer C, Customer D (themself Parent of a hierarchy that is not in Oracle)

We need one level of accrual. The unit selling price is 10, we apply an accrual of 10%.

The second accrual is a "safety net" because the contract with buying group can move during the year. For example 7%. This second level will be calculated like this: (10-10%) - 7%
