R12 Does EBTAX allow to setup AR Withholding Taxes ?

Hello :

As far as I know Withholding Taxes are only for AP, however we need to setup Withholding Taxes in AR for Freight Services.

Therefore I was wondering if you can share with me any any workaround.

I was thinking to setup a Tax Code called "Freight Withholding" but this tax code needs to reduce the amount on the AR Invoice.

Please Advise
