PCL format- Concurrent Program Issue

Hi

The program is running successfully and completed Normal, but while opening the report Output. It is not opening property. This is issue, we are facing the specific user.only. The other user open the excel file property  and output shown correct.


We are using the office 365 Pro plus. The Customer started noticing this issue only after Microsoft 365 proplus update from 1803 to 1808 .(customer uploaded ref screenshot Excel_Version_of_1808.PNG , Excel_version_of_1803.PNG) .

Could you please help regarding this issue

Excel Shown the wrong format.
