Account Information not Passed.Please Pass the Account Related Information

When I have created a lease through the application, the expense account is defaulting at Payments -> Accounts Distribution.

Same way when I am trying to create a lease using lease creation API (Pn_Lease_Pub.Create_Lease)  it is throwing an error and lease created without payment.

Error message: Account Information not Passed.Please Pass the Account Related Information
