Mirror Relationship for Custom Contact Types

Hi

We know that currently Oracle does not create a mirror relationship for custom contact types. But does any one know of any custom solution to create a mirror relationshipn for custom contact types?

The mirror relationship should be created when the contact using the custom contact type is created through the contact form (PUI) and also through employee self-service

Any working solution is highly appreciated
