Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Pick Release fails

Hi,

I have a problem with a Sales Order that has line status of Backordered.

Although there are available On Hand quantities available in inventory, Pick Release doesn't work.

How do I proceed or troubleshoot this issue.
