R12.1.3-Added a NEW Tax Regime. Code Shows in LOV, but Tax and Tax Status LOV's arenot

Hi there,

Since R12.1.3 Upgrade our organization has been using ONLY 1 Tax Regime Code for Sales Tax bearing AR Transactions.

As of 01/01/19 in ADDITION to the Tax Regime Code we have been using for Sales Tax bearing AR Transactions, we are instructed to use a separate Sales Tax for Real Estate Transactions, which are interfaced to AR module from PN module for Billing purposes.

In order to achieve the requirement I have Created A NEW:

1.) Tax Regime Code

2.) Tax for the Code in above 1.)

3.) Tax Status  in above 1.) 

4.) Tax Rate  in above 1.)

5.) Tax Rule  in above 1.)

When I try to Create a Transaction thru AR and try to ADD the TAX line on this Transaction:
