Is the Oracle Technology Foundation Licence usage allow user to used Oracle DB Appliances?

Is the Oracle Technology Foundation Licence usage allow user to used Oracle DB Appliances for JDE users? If not what is the option available? Can we put the Oracle DB on Standard Edition using virtual machine using number of core and memory allow? What is the restricted license usage when using RAC? Hope to have the summary what is the allow license usage? Thanks.
