Conditional Format in BI Publisher

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 zero image and PT:8.53. Already have a Built In BI publisher report in hand which is attached for reference (original_report.rtf) and now same type of report is developed already (with some modifications) able to fetch all the details till format code and account name column refer (modified-report-pdf.pdf), the issue is unable to figure out what type of condition is there in Debit and Credit Column so that I plug and play the same in my new report refer (modified-report.rtf). Also, I'm not able to total the columns refer pdf attachment.
