How to cancel ISO from Part Requirement form

Hi All,

We need to cancel ISO in 'Parts Requirement form'. While clicking on 'Cancel' checkbox, message is coming as 'FRM-40200: Field is protected against update.' Order is currently in 'Entered' status.

User is not having any OM responsibility. Is it possible to cancel order from this form?

Associated SR and task are in closed status.
