Basic Tutorial of BI Publisher

Dear All

I'm at the beginning level of BI publisher and working on my own for learning BI Publisher, facing with basic issues like sum, conditional format, repeating group and conditional region etc.

Using:

and PSFSCM 9.2 with no image update and PT:8.53. Able, to find a very basic page to learn: https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/demo-library-toc-173301.html

But none of its' learning is working. Could anyone guide how to find the latest page or a basic tutorial of BI Pubisher.
