Shipment status not changing when SO line is cancelled
We are using 9.2. When all lines of a sales order are cancelled, the shipment status for that line does not change, instead it stays at Pending or Approved. I would expect the shipment to be cancelled. This is causing a problem because new sales order lines/shipments are consolidating to the open shipment (even though there are no open sales order lines) causing problems with our BOLs. Are we missing some kind of set up?
