How to use Goldengate for big data to write data into flat file on local machine

Hello professors,

We have set up Golden gate for Big data on AIX machine, now we want to use it to write data into flat file on local machine. Can anyone tell us how to do it? and document we can reference? we didn't use Goldengate application adapter.
