Receipt creation should be done by the user who has created its PR for that receipt

Hi Support,

Requirement:

I want to restrict all the Users to create receipt for which they have raised PR.

i.e User should only be able to create Receipt in the System for which he has created PR.

Example:

If the PR-1 (Receipt-1) is created from User-A & PR-2 (Receipt-2) is created by User-B

then User -A should only has the access to create Receipt-1 for PR-1

User-A should be automatically restricted & should not be able to create Receipt-2 which was created by User-B

Current Available Functionality:

All the Users are able to create Receipts in the System for which PR is raised by Other Users
