Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. cannot find list of values when creating tax condition set

I have a new tax code.

Am trying to create a Tax determining factor set and Tax condition set.

Am not able to see any values in the list of value. Due to this, I am not able to save the tax condition set and proceed further.
