Where can I download RDBMS 12.1.0.2.180417 and 11.2.0.4.180116 for OAK 18.3?

I have recently deployed OAK 18.3.0.0.0 on ODA X7-2S model. We are setting up Data Guard with primary servers already running RDBMS versions 12.1.0.2.180417 and 11.2.0.4.180116. The links in MOS Note 888888.1 are broken in the Release History section

When I do a MOS Search

MOS > Patches & Updates > Patch Name or Number is "23494997" and Platforms is "Linux x86-64"
