orders stuck in Epayment Failure Hold though the CC is approved and charged successfully

Hi,  

Often there are few sales orders stuck in Epayment Failure Hold though the CC is approved and charged successfully. iby_fndcpt_tx_extensions has VOICE_AUTHORIZATION_FLAG = 'Y', VOICE_AUTHORIZATION_DATE populated and VOICE_AUTHORIZATION_CODE populated. 

Please suggest.
