ETCC Codelevel Checker output question

Question about running checkDBpatch.sh on the database tier and the output obtained.

I am running R12.1.3 and just going through the steps to prepare for a potential upgrade to 12.2.

My real question is when I run checkDBpatch.sh and I get a results saying I am missing a bunch of bugfixes do I have to search for them 1 at a time and download them or can I feed that list of patches into a wget.sh script or create a new plan?  Basically I'm thinking there must be a better way than doing them manually 1 at a time and trying to pick the right release to match my PSU level.
