Hi All,

12.2.0.1 | Red Hat Enterprise 7 | 3-node cluster

OOP:OPATCHAUTO APPLY ${PATCH_HOME} -SWITCH-CLONE FAILED

For 12.2...it's supported option

Grid Infrastructure Out of Place ( OOP ) Patching using opatchauto (Doc ID 2419319.1)

Methods of OOP

1.Single-Session

2 Step Method

Used Step 2... Prepare clone home must be completed on all the nodes.

Node1 - Jan 16th - Prepare-clone on Jan16 and encountered an error

Node1 - JAn17 th - Prepare-clone resume was successful

Node2 - JAn17 th - Prepare-clone resume was successful

Node3 - JAn17 th - Prepare-clone resume was successful

Node1 - Jan22nd - Switch-Clone encountered an error

Node1 - Jan22nd - rollback Switch-Clone encountered an error
