incorrect ROU calculations while transitioning existing leases to asc842

We are on 9.2 PUM 27 and while transitioning the existing LA leases to new standard we are finding that the ROU values that transaction analytics process is calculating is incorrect.

Attached is the example of lease with 35 months of equal Advance payments of $10,200.85 each month with 4% borrowing rate. We expect the ROU to be 337583 while system is calculating

334481.83

Attached is the detail worksheet.

Anyone else facing similar issue?
