WO Cancelled when changing request date on Sales Order before submit

We have an issue with a configurator item on a sales order that it cancels the work order if you amend the request/promised delivery date before submitting the order. I've found the document reference below, however we are unable to view it. Can anybody provide any more details if this is a bug which has a ESU fix?
