Restore modes from TDE backup

Hello,

I'm working on 11.2 and 12.1 databases configurations and I use TDE component for tablespace encryption.

For backup, I use dual mode (set encryption on identified by <password>) because backups from production environment can be used to restore production db but also non production environments.

For non production environments, I use 'set decryption identified by <password>' to restore the database.

For production environment, is it possible to prohibit the usage of the password mode and only permit restore mode based on the wallet existence?
