TFA is causing high load average

Hello Professors ,

I have installed the Oracle TFA using the root access.  Below are  few issues i am facing .

1) The java process which running from root is coming in top command and causing the high load average .

java -server -Xms128m -Xmx256m -Djava.awt.headless=true -Ddisable.checkForUpdate=true -XX:ParallelGCThreads=5 oracle.rat.tfa.TFAMain /oraback/TFA/tfa/##/tfa_home

Why Java from TFA is causing high load average ?

2)  Orachk is running and genrating the files in under $ORACLE_HOME/suptools
