Anyone having parsing issues with iExpense Request for Information using Apple Mail?
We're using Oracle EBS R12.1.3 and I have a user that is using Apple Mail 11.5 on a Mac (High Sierra Version 10.13) to do iExpense approvals and the approval works ok, but when she does a request for information, it can't parse what she is sending and she gets an error message:
Warning: Your previous response to this message was invalid (see error message below). Please resubmit your response.
Error Message: 3235: The submitted question was not able to be parsed. Please ensure that your questions and responses are properly quoted.
I've watched her do it and there are no special characters that she is using and her quotes are there. I'm just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and whether you've been able to resolve it. I have a ticket in with Support, but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
