Copy functionality should be provisioned via the Product Manager.

Please adjust access control to include the "copy" functionality. We tend to find our end-users using this functionality only to have it cause errors with integrations and reporting. Having Product Managers control this permission would resolve this issue. Copy functionality should be provisioned via the Product Manager.
