Service Contract Creation for Rentals

Hello,

We have business case where we rent the equipment owned by Customer A to Customer B and charge every month the rental fee.

For this I created a IB sub transaction type - Rental - which does not change the owner but the installation details when a sales order booking and shipping happens. But in this case I do not see it creating a service contract.

IB says Owner as Customer A but the Ship To, Bill To and Installation details were with Customer B

Can we create a service contract in this case?
