PM work orders are generated with scheduled start date in the past

Hi,

We have a PM schedule defined as below with the history of the meter readings for this asset.  When we simulate from the Maintenance workbench (for 29-Jan-2019 to 30-Jan-2019), we have a work order that is in the past for 27-Jan-2019 and based on the meter reading history we do not have any reading for that day and we had a usage of 5,200 on 28-Jan-2019. We have the parameter "Implement from Horizon Start Date" unchecked, but we would like to have the work order start date to be for today which is 29-JAN-2019 and not in the past 27-JAN-2019.
