Can you add "default" lines to journal source/category conversion rule?

When we create secondary ledgers we get the standard items that default in, but we always have to update a few lines and add about 8 more lines.

Is there a way to default in the additional lines we have to add?  I'm guessing if we could do that we could also update the few items we update as well.
