Overheads add to material cost

Hello

We have a requirement to add the AP invoice costs to the material acquired earlier. 

e.g In Jan-19 we purchased material of 10 Qty for rs.1000. at this stage inventory cost is 1000/- (this is purchase order and material receipt)

In the Feb-19 we received the invoice for courier charges for Rs.200/- ... This cost is also need to go and update the inventory cost and make 1200/- (only AP invoice)

Now it the system it show 10 Qty - cost is 1200/-

Is this functionality is available? if not how to achieve?
