How to setup Oracle inventory if I have multiple OH?

Need some advice regarding on the configuration of Oracle Inventory if I have multiple OH with different version of Oracles.

Here's a brief description on how my site is now which is on a Linux server.

Each database has it's own mountpoint for storing it's datafiles, redo, temp & binaries files, the database also started using individual OS username having the same group (oinstall) as the rest of the database on the server.

So the question is how do I configure the Oracle inventory?
