Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Records not inserted in F06146

Hello All,

When payroll is processed...we expect that an entry should be created for all the employees in F06146 - Employee transaction history summary.

But for few employees it didn't create an entry.

Could anyone please let me know the exact reason why it didn't created the record in F06146.
