What Workflow Records/Fields to Update in Order to Clear a TA from Workflow?
We are trying to clean up old data where we had implemented the ability to cancel a TA in additional statuses, including statuses where the TA was in workflow (SUB/PAR/HLD). At the time we had implemented this ability we were not aware of the full impact and realize now we should have made the approvers send back the claim to clear it. Since we had cancelled the TAs they are in a header status of Closed but the TA remains in workflow on users worklists. We are trying to figure out the best way to clean up this data and thought fields could be updated on various workflow records so the system terminates the transaction from being in uses worklists. What records, fields, and field values need to be updated in order to do this and keep the records in sync?
