Program Publish FSG Report Set

Hi,

I am able to execute single FSG Report using Program Publish FSG Report and successfully generate output in Excel.  But, When I try to run the Program - Publish FSG Report Set, the Parameters filed is grayed out.  I checked the Concurrent request program and I could only see 4 parameters.  Are there any pre-requisites for this program to work?
