Bugs and MOS documents are not visible
Yesterday I reported an issue that I could not see the detail and status history of a bug ( e.g. Bug 28979588 ).
One of my coworkers was unable to view knowledge documents.
I received a kind email and phone call from Oracle Support stating:
"Oracle is having a company wide issue where Bugs and MOS documents are not visible....Oracle is aware and working on the problem to resolve issue as soon as possible."
Although I encouraged Oracle Support to post a note in MOS and MOSC, I have not seen them, so I'm spreading the word.
