Getting an error in an unknown record in Payee Messages

While reviewing payee messages after a calc, I'm getting the following warning:

No data found for EmplID: XXXXXX Empl. Rcd: 0 in the PERS DATA table As Of: 2018-07-20

Can someone please shed light on what table "PERS DATA" is? It isn't (or doesn't appear to be, based on data in the tables) PERSON, PERS_DATA_USA, PERSONAL_DATA, TL_EMPL_DATA, or PER_ORG_ASGN
