What is procedure to replace previously-applied bonus with a different bonus

We have a group of assets to which the Protect Americans Act bonus was previously applied.  We now want to retroactively apply the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 to those assets but the retroactive bonus extract process does not process these assets because ps_book.depr_bonus_sw is not blank or zero.  Can someone please explain the procedure to replace one bonus with another on these assets?  Thank you.
