Issue with Siebel EIM

Hi

I have a row_id in S_CONTACT table as '1-234XXX', while updating this record using Siebel EIM, the columns T_CONTACT__RID, T_PARTY__RID columns are getting populated as '1-234' and record fails to update because of unique key violation. But the same issue does not pertains for other entity like S_ASSET which has row_id as '1-G97XXX'.

Need your help to understand, what could be the issue.
