OCOM no signaling recorded for some equipments

Hello,

I have a strange behave of my OCOM application (or could be a wrong configuration ) because i don't see anymore the SIP signalling when i want to see the flows:

I see the calling and the callee but no messages anymore. I have this for majority of calls.

Any idea what can be?
