Process Retroactive FA for Grants

Hi,

We brought over the enhancement from Image 28 related to Retroactive F&A. However, while the system generates the rows for SFA, OFA, and WFA all of them have $0.00. Running the same process in an environment without PUM 28 works correctly. Am I missing something or is there an issue?
