Error: 1013295 Server Request Fails with error code [1040004]

We are using Hyperion 11.1.2.3:500 and I am run into an issue where I am unable to verify any calculation script from the EAS. It throws an error Error: 1013295 Server Request Fails with error code [1040004]. Does anyone know how to fix it?
