Release Backorder P42117 I have zero available product in my Primary Location but I have product in

Below is Summary Availability of the item I'm using

Enter a Sales Order

When I get to Release Backorders, there is no were to change the Primary Location to Secondary location, is this standard 9.2 functionality or is there a Process Option in P42117 to do this?
