E1:COULD NOT LOAD DATA SELECTION INFORMATION

Dear Expert ,

I need help. I am testing JDE 9.2 on JDV920 ,JPY920 and JPD920 and encountered an error.

"COULD NOT LOAD DATA SELECTION INFORMATION" on R42565 ,R0006P for etc.

Why there is no error when tested on JPS920. (DV ,PY,PD have been applied ESUs.)

I found message in log file below ;, Unable to convert a UTF-16 String from ......

While test on JPS920 ,this line is not found.
