Oracle Access Manager Operation Error

The Access Server has returned a fatal error with no detailed information.

Contact your website administrator to remedy this problem..

Why do we get this message while working in JDE. We recently moved to cloud.

We need to close entire browser and then open it again. then it work fine.

I understand that if my session idle for 10-15 min then this message should/will come. However even working in JDE Screen - we get this message.
