Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Book Order in OM not greying out even after booking

Hello gurus,

I tried to Book an Order it hangs up and then i try it again after 3-4 attempts the Order got booked and "Book Order" button at last greyed out.

There is POST BOOK EVENT Form personalisation on the Book Order scneario and it fired multiple time due to hang issue.

Please can anyone advise what can be the reason the Book Order despite of multiple times does not gets greyed out
