Image is not tagged in pdf output accessibility feature

hi,

I am implementing accessibility functionality for pdf output reports. I have a rtf templates for which I have enabled accessibility, so all fields/items in pdf output have read out loud option. Pdf output is tagged fine for all fields except images. We gave alt text for the image in rtf template, but at run it is not tagging the image.

Oracle BI publisher 12c.

Any support for this appreciated. We have a deadline to deliver this report by MOnday.
