Accounting Transactions are created with zero amount.

We are creating leases from back end by passing parameters to Oracle standard APIs - pn_lease_pub.update_lease. While updating a lease and adding a new payment line or extending a existing payment line, schedules and lines dont create accounting entry amounts for liability and ROU accounts. The amount is always zero against them .
